• Advanced SEO optimization. This package covers basic SEO only. Advanced SEO falls under the performance-marketing scope as a separate part of the project
• Branding and logo design
• Feature showcase and explanation videos. Any videos that showcase or explain platform features are not included.
• Specialized legal and law-firm copywriting. We are not a legal copywriting specialist, so the wording must be reviewed and approved by your team
• Ongoing maintenance, content updates, and new pages or sections after launch. These are covered under a separate agreement

We prepare the initial content and copy for every section to give the site a complete, ready-to-launch starting point.
Because the site is aimed at law firms and touches legal subject matter, all wording needs to be reviewed and approved by your team. We are not a specialist in legal or law-firm copywriting, so your review ensures the language is accurate and appropriate for your audience.
Design Review Before Kick-off
The design is already prepared. Before development begins, it needs to be reviewed by your team so we can collect any feedback and finalize it.
Development starts once the design is approved.

Review the prepared design together, collect your feedback, finalize it, and align on the two feature pages and overall content direction.
2 — Content Preparation & Approval
We draft the initial content and copy for each section. Your team reviews and approves the wording, with attention to the legal and law-firm context.
3 — Development in Framer
Build all eight pages in Framer, responsive across desktop, mobile, and iPad, with basic SEO in place.
Web Design
4 — Testing & Launch
End-to-end review across devices, final checks, and deployment of the live website on the monolo.co domain.

Payment Terms
• 50% upfront as the initial retainer to begin the project
• 50% on full delivery of the eight pages discussed
Support & Maintenance Terms
Technical Support After Launch
I will be available for two months after launch to fix any errors and problems on the website at no additional cost.
This two-month support applies only while control and access to the website remain with us. If control or access is handed over to another third party or agency, this support no longer applies.
Maintenance, Updates & New Pages
Ongoing maintenance, content updates, and adding new pages or sections are covered under a separate agreement after the website is finished.
When you decide to move forward with any of this, we will discuss it first, because the scope will determine the price.
